Strawberry season is here, and I’m fully leaning in. There’s something about biting into a ripe, juicy strawberry this time of year; it’s sweet, refreshing, and packed with skin-loving vitamin C. I’ve been adding them to everything lately, but these Brain Boost Strawberry Bliss Bites might be my favorite.
They’re no-bake, travel-friendly, and loaded with ingredients that fuel your focus, energy, and glow from collagen peptides to antioxidant-rich cacao nibs and fiber-filled oats. Plus, they come together in under 10 minutes and make the perfect snack for busy days, summer outings, or a pre-workout boost.
Ingredients:
-
1 cup rolled oats (Slow-burning carbs + fiber for steady energy and gut health)
-
¾ cup raw almonds (Healthy fats + vitamin E for skin health and sustained fullness)
-
¼ cup chia seeds (Plant-based omega-3s and fiber to support brain + digestion)
-
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs (Antioxidants + mood-boosting compounds)
-
1 tbsp Sera & Mattina Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (Grass-fed collagen to support skin elasticity, joint health, and gut lining integrity. It’s flavorless and heat-stable, perfect for no-bake recipes)
-
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (Natural sweetness + fiber, potassium, and iron for sustained energy)
-
5 fresh strawberries, stems removed (Vitamin C + antioxidants for skin glow and immune health)
-
¼ cup water (Just enough to bind ingredients, no syrups or oils needed)
To Make:
-
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
-
Blend until a sticky, dough-like mixture forms.
-
Roll into 16 bite-sized balls.
