Yes, you can! Both Glow with your Gut & Rest & Digest are safe to take everyday, and actually complement each other. Rest & Digest can be taken in the evening as needed to promote sleep and when feelings of discomfort or bloating occur.

We are manufactured within the Miami, Florida at a GMP & FDA certified facility. 

No, absolutely not! You can open them up and mix either capsule in warm water, juices, smoothies and drink it for the same effects. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange (for another product of equivalent value) within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping/ handling, VAT, or duties).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Refunds are not applicable to any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period.
