Shipping policy

We want to keep you informed about our order processing and shipping times. Typically, it takes our dedicated team 24 to 48 hours to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment once it's placed. Please understand that the actual shipping time may vary depending on your destination. We appreciate your understanding, especially during peak order periods, when processing and shipping times may be extended.

For our customers within the United States and Canada, the average shipping time is estimated at 5 to 12 business days.

For international orders, we estimate an average shipping time of 10 to 20 business days. We would like to inform our customers in the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe that, due to ongoing global events causing delays in postal services, international orders to these regions may experience longer delivery times than usual. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please rest assured that your orders are still en route to you.

For international orders, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location. The customer is liable for any additional customs fees and taxes necessary to receive the package.
