Chelcie’s Cool-Down Glow Pops

On long, hot summer days, I love having something in the freezer that cools me down and also gives me a little boost. These popsicles are my go-to after running errands, working out, or spending a few hours in the garden. They’re light, refreshing, and sneak in a scoop of Sera & Mattina Collagen so I know I’m nourishing my body while enjoying a sweet treat.

What You’ll Need (and Why It’s Good for You)

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries → Full of vitamin C + antioxidants to support immunity and naturally brighten skin.

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice → Tangy, refreshing, and rich in vitamin C, which supports collagen production and digestion.

  • 1 ½ cups cold water → Hydrating and refreshing — exactly what your body needs after a long, hot day.

  • 2–3 tbsp honey or agave → A touch of natural sweetness with antioxidants that balance the tart lemon.

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Collagen  → Supports glowing skin, strong hair & nails, and healthy joints.

How to Make Them

  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, water, and honey/agave until smooth.

  2. Add in Sera & Mattina Collagen and blend again until fully dissolved.

  3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

  4. Run molds under warm water to release, and enjoy!

I love grabbing one of these on hot afternoons.  They’re hydrating, light, and give me that skin-loving collagen boost at the same time. A little sweet, a little tangy, and the perfect summer cool-down snack.
