What You’ll Need (and Why It’s Good for You)

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries → Full of vitamin C + antioxidants to support immunity and naturally brighten skin.

How to Make Them

Blend strawberries, lemon juice, water, and honey/agave until smooth.

Add in Sera & Mattina Collagen and blend again until fully dissolved.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

Run molds under warm water to release, and enjoy!
