These no-bake pumpkin bites are the definition of cozy calm.
They’re soft, spiced, and naturally sweet the kind of snack that feels like a hug and supports your body at the same time.

I like to make a batch on Sunday and keep them in the fridge all week for an easy, mid-day reset. Each bite is balanced with protein, healthy fats, and fiber to keep your energy steady, plus a dose of Daily Chill to help your nervous system stay calm, focused, and grounded.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats (fiber-rich base for steady energy + supports digestion)

  • ¾ cup creamy almond butter (healthy fats + magnesium for balanced energy and hormone support)

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée (rich in beta-carotene + antioxidants that support skin and immune health)

  • ⅓ cup honey, plus more to taste (natural sweetness + gentle energy boost without the crash)

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (adds warmth + flavor depth)

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (anti-inflammatory blend that supports digestion + mood)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (balances blood sugar + adds cozy comfort)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt (enhances flavor + replenishes electrolytes)

  • 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips (rich in antioxidants and supports mood + heart health)

  • 1 serving (open capsules) of Daily Chill (adaptogenic support for calm focus + nervous system regulation)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, pumpkin purée, honey, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Add almond butter and mix until the texture is smooth and fully combined.

  3. Stir in Daily Chill and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week (or freeze for longer).
