I have been loving a Daily Chill Vanilla Spice Latte- a moment of calm you can sip, paired perfectly with our daily chill to support digestion, stress balance, and warm energy without jitters. This recipe feels like self-care in a cup, soothing, grounding, and wonderfully simple.
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond (creamy, gentle on the stomach, helps stabilize blood sugar)

2 capsules of Sera & Mattina Daily Chill (supports a balanced stress response, calm focus, and digestive comfort, perfect after too much caffeine)

½ tsp pure vanilla extract (adds depth and a calming scent that signals relaxation)

Directions:
