This is your intentional afternoon reset when caffeine has done its job a little too well. There are days when one cup of coffee just isn’t enough, but more isn’t always better. Instead of piling on caffeine, I love a gentle reset in the afternoon that still feels indulgent, cozy, and supportive. I have been loving a  Daily Chill Vanilla Spice Latte-  a moment of calm you can sip, paired perfectly with our daily chill to support digestion, stress balance, and warm energy without jitters. This recipe feels like self-care in a cup, soothing, grounding, and wonderfully simple.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond (creamy, gentle on the stomach, helps stabilize blood sugar)

  • 2 capsules of  Sera & Mattina Daily Chill (supports a balanced stress response, calm focus, and digestive comfort, perfect after too much caffeine)

  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract (adds depth and a calming scent that signals relaxation)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (supports balanced blood sugar and adds warmth + flavor)

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (natural sweetness with trace minerals, optional depending on your preference)

 Directions:

  1. Warm the milk
     Gently heat the almond on the stove over low heat, warm, not boiling.

  2. Add Daily Chill
    Whisk in your serving of Daily Chill until fully dissolved - this gives the latte a smooth base and infuses your cup with calm.

  3. Flavor it up
    Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if you like it a bit sweeter.

  4. Pour & Sip
    Pour into your favorite mug, wrap both hands around it, and savor slowly.
