I have to tell you about my absolute fall favorite: my Spiced Apple Collagen Smoothie. I’ve been making it nonstop lately because apples are in season, and I love eating with the seasons whenever I can. It feels cozy, it tastes like fall in a glass, and it’s so simple to throw together in the morning when I don’t want to overthink breakfast. I like that it’s sweet without being too much, creamy, and just a little spiced. Plus, with Sera & Mattina Collagen, I know I’m supporting my skin, hair, nails, and joints while actually enjoying something delicious. It’s become my go-to for an easy morning drink or even an afternoon pick-me-up when I want a little glow from the inside out.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 crisp apple (natural sweetness + fiber for gut health and steady blood sugar)

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Collagen (supports hair, skin, nails, and joints for strength and glow)

  • 1 cup almond milk (vitamin E for skin health, gentle on digestion) or oat milk (fiber for digestion, creamy texture)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (helps regulate blood sugar)

  • Pinch of nutmeg (antioxidants + supports digestion)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or 1 Medjool date, optional (natural sweetness + potassium for energy)

Directions:

  1. Chop up the apple and add it to the blender.

  2. Add 1 scoop of Sera & Mattina Collagen.

  3. Pour in the almond or oat milk.

  4. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg.

  5. Optional: add maple syrup or a date for extra sweetness.

  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
