Ingredients:

  • ½ fresh mango, cubed or lightly mashed  (vitamin C + antioxidants for skin support and natural glow, supports digestion)
  • 1 cup coconut water (natural electrolytes, deeply hydrating, supports energy and replenishment)

  • Juice of ½ lime (vitamin C, supports digestion, refreshing, and alkalizing)

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Lightly mash the mango at the bottom of a glass to release its natural juices.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
