Chelcie’s Clean Boost Bars

Chelcie’s Clean Boost Bars

There’s something so comforting about knowing you have a clean, delicious snack waiting for you in the fridge. These clean boost bars have become one of my favorite “grab-and-go” bites, especially on those busy afternoons when I need some fuel but don’t want to reach for something processed or sugary.

They’re chewy, chocolatey, satisfying, and packed with good fats and collagen for that extra glow-from-within moment. I love having these stocked and ready; they make me feel taken care of. Whether I’m between meetings, heading to a workout, or just want something sweet after lunch, one of these bars hits every time.

They take just 10 minutes to make, no baking required, and the ingredients are all ones I feel good about. You’re going to love them.

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup oat flour (Rich in fiber to support digestion and keep you full longer. You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high-speed blender.)

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (Supports healthy skin, strong nails, joint mobility, and gut lining repair. It's tasteless and blends perfectly into no-bake recipes.)

  • ¼ tsp salt (Enhances flavor and helps balance hydration with trace minerals.)

  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter (Full of healthy fats and plant protein, peanut butter provides lasting energy and satiety.)

  • ⅓ cup honey (A natural sweetener packed with antioxidants and soothing properties.)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Adds depth of flavor and warmth without overpowering sweetness.)

  • 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil (A source of clean, quick-burning fat that helps bind everything together.)

  • ¼ - ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips (Loaded with antioxidants and magnesium. Choose a high-quality, dairy-free dark)

  • Flaky sea salt - for topping (Balances the sweetness and makes each bite pop with flavor.)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix oat flour, collagen, and salt.

  2. Add in peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix thoroughly; you may need to use your hands. The texture should feel like soft, moldable dough (like playdough). If it’s too dry, add more coconut oil 1 tsp at a time.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top if you like.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing into 8 bars. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer!

Enjoy!

xx
