Chelcie’s Go-To Matcha Collagen Latte

Chelcie’s Go-To Matcha Collagen Latte

I feel like there’s nothing better than a warm, nourishing drink that gives me a little extra energy especially when the weather starts to cool down. Whether it’s first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon after lunch, I always crave something that feels good and does good for my body.

That’s where my go-to matcha collagen latte comes in. It’s grounding, creamy, and gives me that calm, focused energy that coffee just doesn’t. On top of that, adding Sera & Mattina Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides makes this latte extra nourishing. It supports healthy skin, hair, nails, and joints, while giving me a 10-gram protein boost that keeps me feeling full and balanced throughout the morning. Honestly, it turns a simple drink into a little wellness ritual.

Matcha is packed with antioxidants (especially catechins that support skin health and fight inflammation), promotes steady energy thanks to L-theanine (no caffeine crash here), and even supports metabolism and focus. It’s one of those quiet wellness staples that truly earns its spot in your routine.

Here’s exactly how I make mine-simple, intentional, and so good.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp high-quality matcha powder (rich in antioxidants, supports focus + calm energy)

  • 2 oz filtered hot water (about 175°F) (hot but not boiling- preserves nutrients and creates a smooth blend)

  • 1 cup clean, minimal-ingredient milk- I love unsweetened coconut or almond (healthy fats + creaminess; supports hormone balance)

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (10g protein, supports skin, hair, nails, and joint health)

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey (natural sweetness with antioxidants + minerals)

  • Optional: dash of cinnamon (balances blood sugar, adds warmth + comfort)

Directions:

  1. Whisk your matcha.
Sift the matcha into a small bowl, then pour in the hot filtered water. Whisk until smooth and frothy. The temperature is key-too hot and it can make the matcha taste bitter.

  2. Froth the milk.
In a frother, combine your milk, Sera & Mattina Collagen, and sweetener. Froth until warm and creamy. The collagen mixes perfectly here, giving the latte an extra protein boost and silky texture.

  3. Pour & enjoy.
Pour the milk mixture over the whisked matcha, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if you’d like, and sip slowly.

This latte feels like a small act of care- something that nourishes your skin, body, and mind all at once. I love it year-round, but especially now, when the season is changing and my body craves something warm and balancing.

A moment of calm, a boost of glow, and a little energy- all in one cup.

Enjoy!

xx
