Chelcie's Double-Dipped Collagen Chocolate Raspberries

Chelcie's Double-Dipped Collagen Chocolate Raspberries

Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to lean into a little sweetness but I’m always about finding ways to make indulgence feel intentional. These double-dipped chocolate raspberries are one of my favorite treats because they’re beautiful, easy to make, and infused with collagen peptides for a little extra wellness boost.

They feel fancy enough for a Valentine’s spread, a Galentine’s night in, or even a cozy self-care moment, yet they’re simple enough to make anytime you want something sweet that still supports your routine.

Juicy raspberries, creamy white chocolate, rich dark chocolate, and collagen peptides come together to create a snack that tastes indulgent while quietly working behind the scenes for your skin, hair, nails, and joints.

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 cups fresh raspberries (rich in antioxidants and vitamin C to support immune health and natural glow)

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (adds sweetness and creaminess for balance)

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher) (packed with antioxidants that support heart and brain health)

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Collagen Peptides (supports skin elasticity, hair and nail strength, joint health, and adds 10g of protein)

  • Optional: flaky sea salt or crushed freeze-dried raspberries (adds texture, flavor contrast, and trace minerals)

Directions:

  1. Prep the raspberries- Wash your raspberries and dry them completely. This step is key- dry berries help the chocolate stick smoothly and create clean layers.

  2. Melt the white chocolate- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

  3. Infuse with collagen- Stir 1 scoop of collagen peptides into the melted white chocolate until fully dissolved and silky.

  4. First dip- Dip each raspberry halfway (or fully, if you prefer) into the white chocolate. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Chill to set. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the white chocolate layer is firm.

  6. Melt the dark chocolate-  Melt the dark chocolate using the same method. Stir in the second scoop of collagen peptides until smooth and glossy.

  7. Second dip- Dip the white-chocolate-coated raspberries into the dark chocolate, letting a bit of the white layer show for a beautiful double-dipped look.

  8. Finish & set- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt or crushed freeze-dried raspberries if desired. Chill for another 15–20 minutes until fully set.

Why This Treat Is More Than Just Dessert

These raspberries aren’t just pretty- they’re functional. By adding collagen peptides, you’re turning a simple sweet into something that supports your body from the inside out.

  • Collagen peptides help support:
  • Skin hydration and elasticity
  • Stronger hair and nails
  • Joint comfort and connective tissue health
  • Added protein to support overall wellness

Combined with antioxidant-rich dark chocolate and vitamin-packed raspberries, this recipe delivers a balance of indulgence and nourishment- proof that self-care can be both delicious and beneficial.

Whether you’re making these for Valentine’s Day, sharing them with friends, or keeping them in the fridge for a little daily treat, these double-dipped collagen chocolate raspberries are a reminder that loving yourself can be sweet, simple, and supportive.

Enjoy!
