Chelcie’s Beauty Boost Smoothie Bowl

Chelcie’s Beauty Boost Smoothie Bowl

I love fueling my body with a bowl full of vibrant, nourishing goodness—and this smoothie bowl is one of my go-to favorites. It’s packed with flavor and loaded with health-boosting ingredients that help me radiate from the inside out. The natural sweetness of bananas and mangoes pairs perfectly with the creamy richness of cashew milk. I add a handful of kale for a dose of greens, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt to bring out the flavor. I also mix in Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides for added protein and to support my skin, joints, hair, and nails—it's an easy way to nourish beauty from within. Whether I’m starting my day, recovering from a workout, or treating myself to a healthy dessert, this smoothie bowl always leaves me feeling refreshed and radiant.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (rich in potassium to support heart health and muscle recovery)

  • A handful of frozen mango chunks (high in vitamin C to boost immunity and support glowing skin)

  • 1 cup of cashew milk (dairy-free and hydrating, with healthy fats for skin and heart health)

  • A handful of kale, stems removed (loaded with antioxidants to support detoxification and immunity)

  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter (provides healthy fats and protein to promote satiety and muscle repair)

  • A pinch of cinnamon (helps regulate blood sugar and supports digestion)

  • A pinch of sea salt (supports electrolyte balance and hydration)

  • 1 scoop of Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (supports healthy skin, joints, and nails)

  • Crunchy granola for topping (adds fiber for digestion and helps you feel full longer)

To Make:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen mango chunks, cashew milk, kale, cashew butter, cinnamon, sea salt, and collagen peptides.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more cashew milk to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with a generous sprinkle of crunchy granola. (Feel free to add extra toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness)

    Enjoy!

    xx
