Chelcie’s Supercharged Bone Broth Soup

Chelcie’s Supercharged Bone Broth Soup

This soup is one of my favorite feel-good meals. It’s warming, nourishing, and so easy to throw together with whatever I have in the fridge. The base is always bone broth, and I love to treat it like a bowl of superfoods by layering in healing spices, vibrant veggies, and my secret skin-glow ingredient: Sera & Mattina Collagen.

Adding collagen takes this soup to the next level, giving it even more benefits for my gut, skin, joints, and overall vitality. I love how it blends in seamlessly, no flavor, just glow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton (or ~2 servings) Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth (gut health, immunity, skin hydration, joint support)

  • 1 scoop Sera & Mattina Collagen (supports skin elasticity, strengthens hair & nails, promotes gut repair & joint health)

  • 1 Organic Chicken Breast, cooked and diced (lean protein, muscle repair, satiety)

  • 1 cup Organic Cauliflower Rice (low-carb, digestion support, detoxification)

  • A handful of Chopped Carrots, Celery, and Zucchini (immune support, antioxidants, inflammation support)

  • 1 cup Chopped Baby Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes (complex carbs, fiber, energy, vitamin C)

  • 1 cup Slaw Mix, or finely chopped Kale or Cabbage (detox support, rich in vitamins & minerals)

  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (anti-inflammatory, supports joint and skin health)

  • ½ tsp Ginger Powder (soothes digestion, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory)

  • Dash of Cayenne Pepper (boosts metabolism, supports circulation)

  • Salt + Pepper, to taste (balances flavor, adds trace minerals)

Optional: Drizzle of High-Quality Olive Oil (healthy fats, skin + heart health) and Celtic Sea Salt (rich in minerals, supports hydration and electrolyte balance)

To Make:

  1. I start by bringing the bone broth to a gentle simmer in a pot.

  2. I add in the potatoes, carrots, celery, and zucchini — simmering for about 5–7 minutes until the veggies are tender.

  3. Then I stir in the cauliflower rice and greens for another 3 minutes.

  4. I mix in the cooked chicken, all my spices, and finally add 1 scoop of Sera & Mattina Collagen — it dissolves best when the soup is hot, just before serving.

  5. I finish it with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt.

This soup is like a little reset in a bowl, packed with nourishment and so easy to customize. The collagen gives it that extra boost I need to feel my best from the inside out.

Enjoy!

xx
